Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been packed, fulfilled, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may be eligible to return delivered items in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@houseofcookware.com with your order number.

House of Cookware reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, inventory issues, payment concerns, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
