At House of Cookware, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return eligible products within 45 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and inserts
  • Be free from damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care
  • Include proof of purchase or order number

House of Cookware reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Products marked as non-returnable
  • Products damaged through misuse, abuse, improper cleaning, or normal wear and tear
  • Customized or personalized products

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at support@houseofcookware.com.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as they may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received, House of Cookware will provide a prepaid return label where applicable.
  • For customer-preference returns (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong item), the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
  • We will review the claim and arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for inspection and processing
  • 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Defective products
  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect items shipped

For all other situations, we recommend returning the item (if eligible) and placing a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.

Warranty Claims

If your product is covered under a manufacturer's warranty, warranty claims may be handled separately from this Return & Refund Policy.

Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.
